Sales Engineer
Mobility is the goal
- Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
- Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG Modernizations targets and Schindler internal procedures.
- For clients in the current portfolio, Sales Modernizations will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
- Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with KG Field Operations, through the Branch Manager.
- Implement sales processes, tools, and guidelines for service sales.
- Insure implementation of service sales and spare parts price lists "Pre-calculations".
- Implement action plans to prevent losses and Perform recovery activities.
- Establish & maintain actions to ensure the maximum conversion rate in the KG.
- Launch new MOD products ensuring that all required processes, tools, etc. are implemented.
- Safety:
- Ensure the implementation of safety & health processes.
Mobility needs you
- Top qualifications Bachelor degree "Engineering Mechanical or Electrical".
Specific Training and Qualification:
- Computer skills at advanced level.
- Advanced English.
- High level of communication skills.
- Customer orientation.
3+ years of experience in Sales
