AP Accountant
Mobility is the goal

Process and track employee advances and reimbursements efficiently and accurately
-
Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
-
Monitor and analyse expenses to ensure they align with budgetary guidelines.
-
Conduct regular monitoring of bank accounts, including reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
-
Prepare and maintain detailed financial records related to advances, expenses, petty cash, and bank activities.
-
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
-
Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions.
Mobility needs you
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
-
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
-
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-
3+ years of experience in an Accounting
