Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and well-experienced Bid Management Specialist with a proven track record and who has the confidence to take Omnix International business to the next level. The Bid Management Specialist is a key role responsible for managing and enforcing the bid process within Omnix and its Business Units. As an individual contributor, the specialist plays a crucial role in analyzing and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), developing schedules, and coordinating the production of bid materials. They work closely with the Pre-Sales team, internal stakeholders, and higher management to ensure the timely and efficient generation of high-quality proposals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Min 3-5 Years of proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the bidding process and experience working with RFPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and commercial information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Exceptional end-to-end experience in the Bid Management process.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Involvement in Bid Checklist, Costing Sheet, and Commercial Proposal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.
• Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility.
