We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of our educational solutions in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for transforming education.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and promotions of i School's offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the education technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
