Opportunity: Executive Chef for a Premier 5-Star Resort | Middle East
Are you a visionary culinary leader ready to take charge of a world-class F&B operation? We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee several resort hotels with over 15 outlets, offering top-tier international standards, diverse cuisines, and a large, dynamic workforce.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing 12+ F&B outlets, including fine dining, buffet restaurants, and casual concepts.
Middle Eastern experience is essential.
Strong operational leadership to spearhead and coordinate large-scale culinary operations.
Background in luxury hotels or mega cruise ships preferred.
A repertoire of culinary expertise across diverse cuisines, from fine dining to buffet operations.
Inspirational leadership with the ability to motivate and mentor staff across all levels.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive seamless operations.
Married status without children is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of 15+ diverse F&B outlets.
Maintain and elevate the resort’s culinary standards, setting benchmarks for excellence.
Develop innovative menus and strategies to enhance the guest dining experience.
Manage a large, multicultural culinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Optimise financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all operations.
Partner with the management team to drive the resort's culinary vision and growth strategies.
Stay ahead of culinary trends, introducing new concepts and experiences to delight guests.
What’s On Offer
Salary: Around US$120,000 annually.
