We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence, Business Insights and Business Development Lead to join our Marketing team in our offices in Cairo,Egypt.
Purpose of the role:
Working collaboratively with country commercial heads, and sales managers to drive commercial and business excellence, through leading and implementing various endeavors to improve SFE, market intelligence, analytics, commercial presence, multi-channel activities to increase top and bottom-line results. In addition to developing new partnerships, contracts, and manufacturing or distribution agreements to expand and maximize our business opportunities and distribution power.

Duties:
- Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to drive business growth and market share in the MENA region.
- Lead strategic projects, promoting value-added services with major customers, manage distributors’ commercial agreements, and contracting terms.
- Establish performance metrics, goals key performance indicators (KPIs) provide regular and timely feedback, coaching to enhance individual and team performance enhance sales force effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and customer needs and provide actionable insights to the commercial team to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems to ensure accurate & timely customer data and drive customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Devise tools and a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial operations leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT, HR, Regulatory, supply chain, quality, etc. in order to align regional commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Develop, lead and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Streamline commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the MENA region.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance business growth.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the MENA region.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Experience in sound organization, 8-10 years of successful, in-depth sales and marketing experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in Middle East
- Experience in driving strategic planning and developing high business growth through new business opportunities
- Proven Business management capabilities & ability of initiating and completing strategic projects that add to the bottom line
- Ability to prioritize activities, to make difficult discissions to ensure efficient use of recourses and added critical actions impacting the business
- Understanding of external stakeholder mapping and market access strategies
- In-depth insights into key business environment
- Indisputable leadership capabilities
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- A degree in Pharmacy, master’s degree is an added benefit
