Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is a must (B2/C1)
- Salary is up 14K NET!
- Salary increases after 6 months.
