Role Overview:
As a Maker, you will be a vital member of dopay's Onboarding and Accounts Services team, supporting our growth by handling the account opening process with accuracy and efficiency. Based at our Bank Partner Headquarters in Tagammoa, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant payroll account setup for dopay's clients.

Role Overview:
As a Maker, you will be a vital member of dopay's Onboarding and Accounts Services team, supporting our growth by handling the account opening process with accuracy and efficiency. Based at our Bank Partner Headquarters in Tagammoa, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant payroll account setup for dopay's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Documentation: Input customer data for payroll and account setup processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
- Transaction Processing: Create and initiate account opening entries on the system, in line with regulatory and procedural guidelines.
- Compliance and KYC: Prepare documents in accordance with CBE regulations, ensuring all KYC requirements are met before submission to the Checker.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Checker to ensure all documents meet compliance standards and support the account opening process.
- Quality Control: Support continuous improvement by flagging discrepancies and recommending adjustments to improve data quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and KYC standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Experience in a banking or financial services role is a plus.
