We're hiring Customer Service Agents to start immediately.
Role:
Handling customers' inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Location:
New Cairo (Tagmoa), Cairo
Qualifications:
Fluency in English is a MUST
Required English level: B2 & C1
Availability to start immediately
Specifications and Benefits:
9 working hours (including 1 hour break)
Salary: Up to 15,000 NET (including KPIs)
Rotational shifts
Salary increase after 6 months
Career path: A chance to get promoted after 6 months only!
KPIs in Euro equivalent
Transportation is provided all over Cairo and Giza (door to door transportation for females after 11 PM)
