Job Purpose:
Process owner of Customer service & logistics that ensure To plan, arrange and assure the availability & the steady supply of all consumer health products from 3PL facility to our customers in the most efficient & cost-effective way in compliance with Haleon policies
Job Related Experience:
-
Customer service SME for Egypt, GO TO reference for customer service ways of working, SOPs and transformation projects.

Managing E2E shipment process for Egypt Market (MMW & direct) to by Coordinating with all the stake holders (Sales, warehouse, logistics and Finance)

Monitor sales daily transactions and Inform Sales Manager in case of any primary sales slowdown to liaise with customer for orders placement.

Review constrained / unconstrained orders vs plan, Inform Commercial in case of any unplanned stock-outs that will impact sales
-
Manage reverse logistics & market returns as per company returns policy and process the relevant credit notes.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Closing and in transit report, Invoice report, order book, consumer tracker)

Foster and develop strong partner relationships with logistics partners.

Coordination and follow up with the logistics provider on shipment schedule and timely delivery.

Shelf-life management: ensuring market shelf-life requirements are met while planning shipments.

Create and maintain outbound logistics SOPs.

Bachelors Degree with area of specialization in Business or Pharmaceutical

Role requires business knowledge and mathematical skills

Three to Five years of relevant experience is needed
