Teleperformance is hiring full-time, onsite Customer Service Representatives to start immediately.
Location:
New Cairo (Tagmoa), Cairo
Role:
Handling customers' inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Required English level: B2 & C1
- Graduates only can apply
- 9 working hours (including 1 hour break)
- Salary: 14,000 NET (including KPIs)
- Rotational shifts / fixed night shifts
- Salary increase after 6 months
- Career path: A chance to get promoted after 6 months only!
- KPIs in Euro equivalent
- Transportation is provided all over Cairo and Giza (door to door transportation for females after 11 PM)
- Paid training
- Medical insurance: 400K coverage per year
- Social insurance

Pay: E£6,250.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
