Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information
- Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer
- English level Hight B2/ C1 ( Fluent in English )
- Graduates from any major
- Night/ Overnight shifts
- 16,250 EGP Monthly gross salary
- High chance of Promotion within 6 months
- Transportation provided , Door to door transportation for girls after 9 PM
- Medical insurance 500K yearly plan
- 5,000 Egp for every accepted referral
Pay: Up to E£16,250.00 per month
