At Coca Cola HBC we are looking for a D365 Development Factory Manager to lead a team of developers responsible for developing and implementing multiple products & solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform. The role requires a combination of both technical leadership and people management, ensuring the high-velocity delivery of quality software that aligns with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including product managers, scrum masters, architects and business owners, to ensure the successful execution of D365 features in alignment with the CCHBC enterprise architecture roadmap, whilst balancing for optimal resource utilization.

- Continually enhance engagement and retention through regular feedback, clear expectations, and a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with architects and product managers to design and implement new features and performance improvements, as per business requirements
- Drive and support annual planning with Product teams to ensure right-sized D365 development capacity needs according to respective platforms roadmap, allowing for ad-hoc adjustments and flexibility.
- Proactively support the identification and resolution of blockers (including technical and resourcing) to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the right processes and tools are in place to support tech strategies and the roadmap of product teams.
- Inspire people growth by identifying development opportunities, managing resource distribution, and expanding team capabilities.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and emerging technologies in the broader low-code domain to offer recommendations for updating our technology stack where relevant.
- Ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Platform team, as well as Microsoft Fast Track, to incorporate development practices such as CI/CD, pipeline usage, and source code quality
- Proactively support the identification and resolution of blockers (including technical and resourcing) to achieve business objectives.
You can be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software development, 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and 5+ years of experience managing D365 development teams with hands-on involvement in system architecture, design, and performance.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable software solutions of high quality
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in D365 development, including customizations, extensions, workflows, and Power Platform tools.
- Proven ability to streamline manual processes using automation tools and technologies.
- Strong experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, specifically within the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, Java Script, SQL, Azure, Power Platform Checker, Playwright).
- Experience in implementing CI/CD frameworks, automating build, deployment, and testing pipelines.
- Knowledge integrating D365 with other enterprise applications using APIs and custom connectors. Specific knowledge of integration with SAP S/4 ERP is advantageous.
- Proven track records in modernising and automating D365 release management processes to guarantee service availability and resilience.
- Experience with product management and agile collaboration tooling: Miro, Azure Dev Ops, UX/UI prototyping (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, UXPin), JIRA
- The ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a desire to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment.
- Awareness of business processes within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is advantageous.
- Up-to date with latest D365 / Power Platform technology trends (AI, Copilot) to enhance business services and developer productivity
- Certification in D365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service applications as well as Power Platform and Azure.
- Strong experience and/or certifications in both front-end and back-end technologies, specifically within the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, Java Script, SQL, Azure, Power Platform Checker, Playwright).
- Experience and or certifications with agile frameworks, such as Scrum or SAFe (preferred).
