Job Summary:
- The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales and growth for [Rankoussi Store ].
- This role involves managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform, executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing website performance to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Optimize website performance, including site speed, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain e-commerce integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, and other systems.
- Conduct A/B testing, ad copy and creative variations to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates, ensuring strategies are innovative and relevant.
- Create detailed reports to track campaign performance, KPIs, and insights for future campaigns.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our e-commerce website.
- Manage our social media presence and engage with our online community.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize our marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to online shoppers.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development of our customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling e Commerce ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Tiktok.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press or Shopify.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Account Management and Team Management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
