Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team at Savoy Sharm Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and maintain our competitive edge in the market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Savoy Sharm Group in line with our business goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
• Identify and target key demographics to drive occupancy and revenue across all properties
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional campaigns
• Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to increase brand exposure
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve department goals

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
