You will work closely with our team members to implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company maintains the highest standards of quality in all areas of operations. You will work closely with our team members to implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures. Your goal will be to ensure that our guests have a consistently positive experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that our services meet or exceed industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain quality reports and documentation
- Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve quality issues
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve our services
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis to address any quality-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or similar role
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
