Field Market Access Manager - BBU / OR Oncology

Accountabilities:

• Communicate value stories of AZ brands with different stakeholders.
• Disseminate economic models (Cost-effectiveness analysis, Budget impact models) to payers.
• Engage with regional payers/DMUs to secure reimbursement for AZ brands at optimal prices.
• List newly launched brands in various assigned accounts.
• Identify gaps in the patient journey for new launches at the account level and design solutions to address them.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to capture opportunities related to brands in specific business channels.
• Manage HI & UHI business by mapping, managing activities needed for this sector, and communicating with payers in key accounts related to HI.
• Oversee semi-government account management, ensuring alignment between different lines and completing key account plans.
• Monitor stock, consumption, and the number of patients at the account level.
• Implement tactics of the MA plan for different brands and follow up on execution.
• Work closely with CFT to execute MOUs pillars related to assigned brands (e.g., deliver CME to HCs in MOH, follow up on clinics workflow vs KPIs).

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in Pharma Commercial / Science background.
• 1 year experience Market Access or Key Account Management.
• Cairo Or Delta ''Mansoura / Tanta / Zagazig'' Or Upper Egypt ''Assuit / Sohag / Minia'' residency.
