Job Overview:

In Vitro Capital is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will help bring the visual identities of In Vitro Capital and its portfolio companies to life, producing designs for a variety of digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all mediums. If you are a skilled designer with a passion for creativity and attention to detail, this role is perfect for you.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Graphic Designer, Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive visual narratives for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Assist in creating designs for complex projects, including website sections, banners, and event booths.
• Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all projects, aligning with In Vitro Capital’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep projects fresh and innovative.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related discipline with a strong focus on design.
• 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both static and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or XD for design collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UX/UI design, enhancing user interfaces and improving user experiences.
• Knowledge of video editing software and interactive media.

• Capable of sketching ideas quickly and sourcing elements and graphics from trusted sites like Envato or other design resources.
