Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and refine brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Create designs that align with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Stay up to date with design trends and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Prepare and present design drafts for review and feedback.
- Revise designs based on feedback and project needs.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with web design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with remote teams.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- 2+ years of graphic design experience.
- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience working on digital marketing campaigns or social media assets.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
