As an Online Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our innovative services to both potential customers and existing clients. Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead generation: Find and contact restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar businesses directly on the web.
  • Send and Prepare Quotations using Email for Interested Customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with team members virtually to achieve sales goals and deliver cohesive performance.
  • Proactively offer virtual product demonstrations and provide additional information to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to ensure efficient operations that align with business objectives.
  • Support payment collection processes to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities to boost brand visibility and drive product sales.
  • Identify and pursue continuous growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B and cold calling).
  • Preferably have worked on to similar industry (Restaurants, Cafes, hotels)
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in remote sales or customer service roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • A presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company's image and represent.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to communicate effectively about the company's offerings.
  • A deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools such as CRM software, video conferencing platforms, and team communication apps.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate clients and team members globally.
