• In depth diagnose printers\plotters problems
• Determine cause and Isolate problem.
• Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
• Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
• Keeps customer updated to their cases.
• Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff

Job Requirements

• University Degree
• Printer Hardware diagnosis skills is a plus.
• Basic network troubleshooting is a plus.
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to travel to all governorates in Egypt.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
