· In depth diagnose printers\plotters problems
· Determine cause and Isolate problem.
· Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
· Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
· Keeps customer updated to their cases.
· Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff
· University Degree
· Printer Hardware diagnosis skills is a plus.
· Basic network troubleshooting is a plus.
· Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must.
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to travel to all governorates in Egypt.
· Excellent Communication Skills.
