About the role:
Contribute to operational excellence and process improvement efforts within the organization. The role involves conducting internal audits, supporting process mapping, assisting in QMS updates, and identifying areas for optimization and risk mitigation to ensure alignment with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Audits: Perform end-to-end internal audits on business processes and development teams, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions until resolution is achieved. - Quality Management System (QMS) Support: Assist in defining and updating the Quality Management System, including processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists.
- Process Improvement: Support business process improvement initiatives by researching best practices, drafting documentation, and designing control measures.
- Process Mapping: Use Microsoft Visio to perform process mapping, assess current workflows, and identify areas for optimization.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues identified during audits and propose initial corrective actions to enhance process performance.
- Process Implementation: Facilitate the roll-out of new or updated processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Third-Party and External Audits: Participate in third-party and external audits, providing necessary evidence and supporting documentation.
- Internal and External Survey: Participate in the design of surveys and assist in sending them according to the defined plan to gather feedback and insights on process improvements.
- Data Management: Update and maintain operational excellence-related content on the ITWorx intranet.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering is preferred. Or equivalent experience in quality assurance & business improvement in SW Company.
- Years of experience 0-2 years if Engineering graduate.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Awareness of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, and GDPR, with a strong desire to apply these standards in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with quality frameworks such as CMMI for development, including conducting audits or assessments based on the framework.
- Experience with process mapping tools, particularly Microsoft Visio, for evaluating and optimizing workflows.
