Role
  • Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen good relationship with customers.
  • Responding to sales enquiries, preparing quotes, closing sales and maintaining your customer database are a part of your day-to-day tasks, which will be carried out at a professional level of service.
  • Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
  • Utilize C4C to manage customer information and sales pipeline.
  • Perform SWOT analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Follow the global AC trend of Equipment’s and solutions and transfer to domestic customers.
  • Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
  • Cooperate with service, aftermarket, and logistics to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Independently thinking of project strategy for differential customer’s intention.
  • Find, select, develop, and manage distributor, if applicable.
  • Timely reporting as per requirement by Business Line Manager on all sales related activities and market information
  • Coordinate with the field service engineers team for commissioning.
  • Responsible for Pre-commissioning visits.
  • Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
  • Continuously improve job required competence, personality, and behavior.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Compressed air systems & solutions knowledge.
  • C4C, Office 2016 literacy
  • Working in an industrial environment, ideally with engineering background
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • 3-5 years working experience as sales.
