• Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar retail role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Knowledge of different types of gemstones, metals, and jewelry styles is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including POS systems.
