Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Retail Manager - Golf Cart Store What will you do? - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the golf cart store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff. Plan and schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews. - Oversee and coordinate team management across all store branches. Ensure consistent performance, training, and support across locations. - Oversee inventory levels, order new stock, and manage stock control. Ensure attractive and organized product displays. - Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints and queries, and offer expert advice on golf carts and related products. - Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store sales. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales. - Prepare and manage the store's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability. - Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. - Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance targets for the store and staff. Implement strategies to meet and exceed these targets. - Offer continuous support and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
What will you need? - Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. - Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. - Proficiency in inventory management and stock control. - Familiarity with retail management What is unique about Raya? - Are you an eager learner?
