Job Title: Senior Finance Specialist
Location: Maadi, Egypt
Job Summary:
As a Senior Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting processes. Your expertise will help drive strategic decision-making and financial health for the company.
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure proper bookkeeping.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong background in Odoo ERP system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Very good to excellent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
