Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer with specialized skills in React to join the team at Confider, our AI-driven marketplace Saa S platform for buying and selling small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, coding, and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable frontend systems that meet the technical demands of Confider (https://confider.ai).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into robust, responsive, and efficient frontend architectures. This is an opportunity to work on a cutting-edge platform that leverages AI to streamline business transactions and improve user experience.
Working Hours are from Monday's to Friday's, Pacific Time Zone

Senior Frontend Engineer, Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications using React and related technologies, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendliness.
• Lead the architecture and design of front-end projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with backend engineers to seamlessly integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Implement and maintain automated testing and code quality tools to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of any bugs and performance issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other related web technologies is essential.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.) is required.
• Sound understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development is necessary.
• Prior exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities are highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Python, Django).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development (TDD).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
