Job Description
As a Senior Network Administrator, you will assume an advanced role within the IT team, providing technical expertise and support to end-users while ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. Your responsibilities will encompass advanced troubleshooting, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support processes.

Technical Skills
Key Responsibilities
Network Administration:
. Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
. Implement and troubleshoot network protocols and services
. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network operation
Server Management:
. Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software
. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal server operation
Security:
. Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data
. Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly
Backup and Recovery:
. Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures for critical systems and data
. Test and verify backups to ensure data integrity
User Account Management:
. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights
. Ensure compliance with security policies for user authentication and authorization
Software Installation and Updates:
. Install, configure, and update software applications and system utilities
. Evaluate and test new software releases for compatibility
Technical Support:
. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues
. Collaborate with helpdesk and support teams for incident resolution
Monitoring and Reporting:
Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and generate reports
. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact operations
Preferred Skills:
. Experience with system and cloud administration, including Azure Cloud, VMware, Avaya, and Office 365.Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions
. Knowledge of software installation and update processes.
