The Role
Job Description Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire Senior Sales Manager with the below responsibilities and qualifications. - Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to clients. - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B e-commerce landscape in the mobile phone and consumer electronics industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are aligned with Raya Trade objectives while also meeting the needs of the clients. - Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to drive revenue growth, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability. - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and cohesion in overall business objectives and strategies - Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, and generate reports to provide insights to senior management for decision-making. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and Raya Trade policies, and manage risks associated with sales activities such as credit risk, contract disputes, and legal obligations. - Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sales techniques through professional development activities such as workshops and training programs.
