Senior Specialist (HR Shared Services)

The Role
Job Description - Administer and process the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Raya internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Develop and manage HR annual budget and track the actual with the Finance team on monthly basis to ensure that there are no differences. - Conduct salary analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation structures are competitive and aligned with market trends. - Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring effective administration and compliance with Raya policies and manage the Medical, Life insurance files and any other program. - Work with labor and insurance offices to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations and handle legal cases related to employment, providing administrative support to ensure timely and appropriate resolution. - Ensure the archiving of HR documents is physically and systematically managed and accessible, complying with internal and external audit standards ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Collaborate with other teams to support HR planning, workforce forecasting, and headcount management. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR shared services processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Technical Skills: - In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and modules - Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL scripting for database management and optimization - Experience in customizing Oracle Forms and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages - Expertise in using Oracle APIs and creating interfaces for data migration and integration - Technical know-how of implementing Business Events, Approval Management Engine (AME), and Oracle Workflow processes - Skills in database performance tuning, RMAN for backup and recovery, and system administration - Experience in opening and managing Oracle technical service requests - Proficiency in cloning applications and databases for development and testing purposes Interpersonal Skills: - Analytical Thinking - Problem-Solving - Team Collaboration - Training and Documentation - Detail-Oriented - Time management
