Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Ability to address customer requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
