RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Build and develop an empowered field team by building a culture of customer & consumer focused mindset by leading, coaching & developing the team. Actively explore business opportunities to increase LAU base. Identify potential opportunities, sales channels, competition and propose effective strategy plan to maintain our CC leadership and grow our current SFP user base in the market. Support successful commercialization of multi-categories in market through managing different physical channels such as GT, KAs, and Indirect retail channels (IQOS Partners, Device Resellers, IQOS Spaces, Coaches & Unconventional channel). Lead the entire team with vision, focus on people-development and clear communication of goals/mission so that a committed, motivated environment is maintained. Coordinating all human and financial resources available in the Zone, primarily driven by established national plans and strategies after ensuring that the plans are applicable based on the zone specifications, to maximize performance and growth potential while Identifying areas of opportunity and business development. leading a team to ensure a smooth transition from a channel focused mindset base into a multi-category mindset.

Responsibilities and Duties:
BUSINESS FUNDEMENTALS:
- Manages/deploy an End-to-End commercial activities (B2B/B2C) to support a successful commercialization of multi-categories in market by focusing on increasing the user base, maintaining the CC leadership with an omni-channel approach throughout the consumer journey.
- Co-develop and execute yearly plans (including coverage, distribution, channels, portfolio deployment, consumer engagement and organization strategies) for the addressed zone to obtain and retain maximum possible number of loyal adult LANU in assigned Zone to reach In-Market Sales and Share of Market targets".
- Ensure strong long-term relationship with business partners, strong retailers, key wholesalers & strategic Key Accounts are established and maintained for PMM to be a preferable business partner while ensuring that business plan is effectively deployed in assigned Zone.
- Deploy commercial programmes, projects, and initiatives for Legal Age Smokers/Legal Age Users, ensuring effective execution of the Consumer Journey to enable flawless omni-channel consumer experiences and meeting Brand, Consumer Experience (NPS), and Commercial targets.
- Ensure a high-quality, engaged, and skilled front liners (whether directly or indirectly employed) by utilizing all people management levels (communication, recognition, reward, training, performance management)
- Build, manage, motivate and empower effective teams through coaching and appropriate engagement, providing comprehensive feedback to each subordinate on performance to ensure a highly motivated, effective and efficient team that is able to achieve all organizational targets within the assigned region.
- Manage performance & development of reporting team. Drive their recruitment, capability building and upskilling efforts in order to ensure successful succession for future.
- Measure performance of direct reports vs. agreed objectives and timely take actions to address gaps identified.
- Develop capabilities and grow talents of the team and exhibiting good leadership attributes to motivate them towards optimal performance.
- Analyzing performance regularly in order to avoid any business problem &/or exploiting business opportunities that will develop our business, while also analyzing the consumer data.
- Support consumer journey improvement through feedback loops to enhance the in-store experience and better serve our consumers/customers.
- Ensure excellence in multi-category visibility and communication by overseeing the whole elements with a omni approach mindset.
- Ensure the reporting all of the competition activities that happend within the zone through different channels.
- Optimize channel efficiency and operational effectiveness on a continuous basis to meet targets.
- R2M digitalization through continue increasing digital awareness, conduct strategic planning to reach potential universe and maximize digital coverage via ensuring the completion of the daily visits. Conduct weekly spot-checks to the trade within the planned route and ensure sufficient amount of information was transmitted by the Field Executives regarding all digital initiatives.
- Set the strategies for digital remote activation, prioritize retailers according to their segmentation and ensure remote digital tasks are assigned accordingly to achieve maximum returns. Collaborate with field management, brand teams and digital team for a holistic approach on setting remote task strategies.
- Drive channel digitalization by adopting new features/releases of B2C, digital solutions and defining the requirements for future improvement.
- Apply PMI Principles & Practices and local legislation in all business related activities to secure company business.
- Ensure all processes are in line with PMI So Ps and code of conduct
- Provide channel specific consumer insights using outcomes of huddles and NPS inner loop practices, to support Consumer Experience in identifying and addressing experience gaps and opportunities.
- Responsible for PMI LANU NPS score.
- Establishing the right environment and initiatives for employees to empower them which will enhance the E-NPS within the team.
