We are excited to expand our finance team to support our continued international growth and operations. We are looking to hire a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant. This permanent position will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring efficient management of our accounts receivable, supporting the month-end closing procedures, and managing the accounting for our foreign subsidiaries.
As a key member of our finance team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments and regions to help drive the company's financial objectives. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, utilize state-of-the-art tools like Net Suite, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the respective financial processes (Accounts Receivable).

• Reconcile relevant ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accounted for correctly.

• Prepare regular reports such as aging analysis, cash flow forecasts, and support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales and operations) to optimize processes.

• Handle queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer accounts and prices.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Manage accounting for foreign subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

• Vocational upper secondary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in the respective role (AR).

• Proficiency with Net Suite.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
