We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to join our Aggregates Organization. The Cybersecurity Lead oversees and enhances our cybersecurity strategies, policies, and protocols.
This role requires a proactive individual with extensive knowledge of threat analysis, risk management, and incident response. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading initiatives to mitigate potential security threats.
In this position, you will report to VP, Digital Business and Strategy, Aggregates.
This position is mainly located in Tampere, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's digital infrastructure.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analyses to identify and address potential threats.
Lead the response to security incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and remediation efforts.
Monitor and analyze security trends, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities to proactively adjust security protocols.
Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide guidance and training to staff on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness and vigilance.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to cybersecurity incidents.
Prepare and present detailed reports on security status, risks, and incident responses to senior management.
Who you are
Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in a cybersecurity leadership role in the industry.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
Experience in managing security incidents and developing incident response plans.
Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems, and endpoint protection.
Familiarity with cloud security principles and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully mentoring and developing cybersecurity talent.
