We are looking for service-minded and passionate bartender to our classic and sophisticated Bar Maria. Join us in creating international luxury level restaurant experiences in the atmospheric surroundings of The Hotel Maria.

What we offer

This is your chance to become a part of The Hotel Maria´s unique story, building a one-of-a-kind luxury hotel experience in Finland. We offer an part-time job with 90 hours per three week period.
As a team member you will be an important part of our cocktail program. We will develop cocktail products together and you will learn something new on a regular basis. As part of the team, we also encourage and train our employees for the Hospitality industry competitions.

Our expectations for you

To succeed in this role, you should have several years of experience as a bartender role.
Moreover, we anticipate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cocktail bar. Fine dining background is an advantage
• Passion for customer service and learning something new
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring overall guest satisfaction with efficient and friendly service
  
• Impressive communication skills
• Precision and attention to detail
• Fluent spoken and written English, other languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the wider general hospitality industry
