We are looking for a BARTENDER
(90h / 3 weeks)
“Bar Lilla e is a concept that challenges familiar norms and combines classic cocktails with creativity and Nordic positive madness! At Bar Lilla e, "normal" is unknown and "good" is not enough. Lilla e cannot be described in words - you have to experience it!”
We are looking for a bartender who has already some experience in supervisory duties and is passionate about the world of cocktails. You are a social person who thrives on creating experiences for our guests! You will be comfortable in a lively and changing hotel environment, where no day is the same.
In this front-line role in which you smoothly manage the service of the international guest base as well as background work, such as inventory management and updating the POS system. Our cocktail menu changes several times a year which you create with the head bartender. You help your colleagues across departments and you train restaurant and reception employees to have a good knowledge of our cocktail product.
You use Finnish and English fluently in your work. Working hours are evenings and weekends. We require that you have an alcohol passport.
