Brand Designer
We’re looking for a creative designer who’s passionate about shaping our brand identity and delivering eye-catching visuals across a variety of touchpoints. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life across diverse platforms — both digital and physical — ensuring our visual presence is captivating, cohesive, and consistent. From major events to everyday campaigns, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand's visual storytelling. The salary band for this role is 3700 - 4500€, negotiable based on your previous experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets for various marketing materials, including blogs, case studies, infographics, e Books, and more.
• Create eye-catching designs for our digital campaigns across social media, display ads, and email marketing.
• Craft sales and product marketing materials, such as sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and event displays.
• Create swag and branded merchandise for events and internal use
• Be a key player in our ongoing website development by designing new pages and enhancing existing ones for better performance and user experience. Previous experience with Webflow is a plus.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute your creative expertise to improve design processes.
• Video editing and animation skills are a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’d love to support your growth!

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar design role, ideally in the IT or tech sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design and visual storytelling.
• Mastery of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bonus skills: Experience on video editing and animation, or building websites using a low-code platform such as Webflow
