Job Summary
We are searching for a Business Development Specialist, to support all-round business activities through cross-functional collaboration with Regional Sales teams, Marketing and Product Management enabling sales and participating on the execution of the MLB plan to drive Business Line growth. This role is a substitute for maternity leave.

Job Summary
We are searching for a Business Development Specialist, to support all-round business activities through cross-functional collaboration with Regional Sales teams, Marketing and Product Management enabling sales and participating on the execution of the MLB plan to drive Business Line growth. This role is a substitute for maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation support – collaborate with the Demand Generation team on all Business Line related Marketing activities including Social Media visibility, content creation for marketing literature and webpage management
- Lead Management – identify, assign and track leads through their lifecycle from generation to conversion
- Marketing support – collaborate with sales and product management to identify key market trends and customer needs that can be translated in critical requirements for product development
- Sales enablement support – collaborate with sales to identify needs, and organize training programs to improve the capabilities and performance of our sales representatives
- Support Ingersoll Rand Execution Excellence (IRX) – reporting on key Marketing and Demand Generation KPIs to ensure on time execution of annual plans and cross-functional business visibility
- Business Development – support the business growth through collaboration with regional sales teams to implement the MLB plan
- Business Line communications – local support to Business Line leadership on all internal communications needs
Basic Qualifications and Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or other relevant academic background
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, with effective time management & prioritization skills allowing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn in a dynamic environment, with a consumer-oriented mindset
