About the postition

The Business Development Manager Board Portal will focus purely on new sales in the Finnish market.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be taking ownership of the full sales cycle, you'll target prospects through customer referrals, our lead generation call and online solutions, tenders and self-generated leads. Decision makers are senior stakeholders and can include Chairmen, C-suite and Directors.

Responsibilities and tasks
Working with the Country Manager and the Board Portal sales team:- Defining and building sales across both listed and non-listed organizations, business development, lead generation, marketing, customer success, sales. Building revenue by acquiring new clients: pitch qualified prospects and close deals.
About you
To be successful in your application for the Business Development Manager you should be able to exhibit the following:- Solution and service oriented
- Good business understanding
- Ideally degree level education or equivalent
- An interest for digital solutions and IT literacy
- Fluent oral and written Finnish & good working English oral and written
- Natural ability to engender trust in prospects and customers
- Comfortable dealing with C-suite and above (e.g. Board Members)
- Self-motivating
- Excellent selling and negotiating skills and experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to write tenders and proposals
- The capacity to work well on your own or in a team Result and sales-driven
