We are currently looking for Civil Supervisor for our client for electrical substation project in Finland. The work would start in the end of 2024, and last for 1 year.

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering.

• Strong experience in Civil supervision.

• Fluency in Finnish and English both oral and written.

• Proficiency in the use of MS office and other needed software.

• Strong leadership skills, sense of initiative, problem solver.

• Willing to work in a challenging environment, with time pressure.

• Result driven and responsible.

• Organized / able to make clear judgment and efficient decision making

– Experience from electrical substation sites
– Experience from data centre environment is seen as a benefit

Main Tasks:

• Management of civil site section

• Planning and managing all site work in his/her own field.

• Following the contractor’s performance.

• Time schedule follow up and corrective actions if needed.

• Overall installation responsibility.

• Budget follow up, planning.

• Resolving of safety issues in own area.

• Forecasting the coming works, requirements

• Preparing the needed resources, materials.

• Resolving the issues found during the construction
