Civil Section Manager

• Manage, lead and supervise the civil works at the site in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Maintain good customer relations and team spirit at site
• Ensure quality and cost efficiency of civil works
• Plan and follow up work progress of civil works at the site (Time management, Cost management, Risk management, Quality management)
• Manage subcontractors

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
• Site work experience (working experience in similar tasks preferred)
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Effective communication, team building and negotiation skills
• Civil works planning skills
• Willingness to work abroad - activities are performed abroad- over 250 days abroad annually if needed
• Ability to adjust to a wide range of conditions and cultural environments
• Project Management knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Other languages are seen as an advantage
