About the work
Join our dynamic Nordic consumer claims team, consisting of 16 individuals in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. As a claims adjuster specializing in Finnish customers, you will primarily engage with them via phone and email. Your main objective will be to provide the correct compensation and manage claims in accordance with insurance terms, while fostering positive customer experiences through excellent availability and communication.
Key responsibilities:

• Manage illness/accident and business travel claims.
• Ensure efficient and customer-centric handling of incoming calls.
• Identify and professionally resolve any complaints.
• Contribute to various claims projects aimed at enhancing the claims process, among other areas.

Are you someone who:

• Possesses experience in customer service roles, with a focus on customer contact and care.
• Has a background in claims handling for consumer and/or commercial (property/casualty/marine)?
• Demonstrates the ability to make prompt decisions and remain calm under pressure, effectively communicating decisions in a clear manner?
• Can effectively concentrate and adapt swiftly to changing situations?
• Is known for being collaborative, taking ownership of your performance, and demonstrating a high level of dedication in your work?
• Is fluent in spoken and written Finnish, with excellent proficiency in English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
