Cleaner needed at Northern Lights Village Levi!

The Northern Lights Village brand was born in 2016 and since then we have opened three resorts in Finnish Lapland. As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our resort remains immaculate, thereby maintaining our high standards and contributing to our guests’ overall satisfaction.

About the Role

The role of Cleaner is crucial for the success and the upkeep of our resort. We seek diligent and detail-oriented individuals passionate about cleanliness and order. Your responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, as well as performing day cleanings and communicating with guests.
The role involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting, walking and standing for extended periods. Candidates with good physical stamina and strength are better equipped to handle these responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of previous hotel cleaning experience
• Great attention to detail
• Valid B drivers’ license
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Friendly nature
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Move, lift and carry objects weighing less than, or equal to 10kg
• Fast and efficient

Pay, Duration and benefits

• Starts: September/October, Ends: March/April
• Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period.
• Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement
  
• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €250,00/month

• Voimassa oleva B-ajokortti
• Sujuva suullinen ja kirjallinen englanti
• Kyky työskennellä tehokkaasti sekä itsenäisesti että osana tiimiä

• Joustavuus työskennellä vuoroissa, mukaan lukien viikonloppuisin ja pyhäpäivinä
• Kyky liikuttaa, nostaa ja kantaa esineitä
• Nopea ja tehokas

Palkka, kesto ja edut

• Työ alkaa lokakuussa ja päättyy huhtikuussa
• Vähintään 90 työtuntia 3 viikon jaksossa
• Tuntipalkka neuvotellaan haastattelussa osaamisen ja kokemuksen mukaan
• NLV:n työsuhde-edut
• Tarvittaessa tarjoamme majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa 250€/kk
