Our Demand Planner at Helvar:
As a Demand Planner, you will be an essential part of our Demand Operations team, working closely with an international team, you can be based in one of our office locations in Espoo (Finland), Dartford (UK), or Stockholm (Sweden). In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of our supply operations. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service to our customers while optimizing forecasts and inventory management.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Creating demand forecasts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the accuracy of master data within our ERP system.
- You’ll actively propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecasting accuracy and enhance operational processes.
- Together with the team, you’ll be at the heart of finding innovative solutions to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
What We Hope You’ll Bring:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Experience in working with international B2B stakeholders, building effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights that drive decision-making.
- Relevant education and a few years of hands-on experience in a similar role, such as purchasing or demand planning.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT programs and tools.
- Curious and innovative, with a passion for continuously improving processes, particularly in forecasting and purchasing.
- Finnish Language Skills
