Luhta Sportswear Company is a leading clothing group in Finland and one of the biggest in Europe. Our headquarters are located in Lahti, the same city where the company was founded in 1907. The company employs around 1,015 people and in 2023 had a turnover of around EUR 213 million. In Europe, the Group is particularly known for its brands Luhta, Icepeak, Rukka and Dachstein. In addition, the Group operates a multi-channel Luhta Brand Store for casual sportswear, a Luhta Outdoor Store for Finnish outdoorwear and a fashion multi-brand chain Aleksi13 and Your FACE for women's fashion, and Luhta Outlet stores for consumers offering low-priced collections and special offers from previous seasons. The Group has sales in around 50 countries. In addition to Finland, the Group's main markets are Germany, France, Austria and the Netherlands.
We are currently looking for
GROUP BUSINESS CONTROLLER
We are strengthening our internal accounting and developing our business controlling and reporting processes. Our business controlling function acts as a business partner for the management by producing valuable analysis and insights to support decision making. Business controlling function is also responsible for group level forecasting, controlling, treasury management for the group and reporting processes, including ESG reporting.
The main task is to produce business and profitability analysis and reporting by managing the data efficiently. In this position you will be interacting mainly with internal, but also with external stakeholders. You will report to Finance Manager.

- participate and contribute in controlling processes
- support in forecasting processes support reporting & treasury processes
- At least 5 years of work experience in similar tasks in an international group
- Strong excel and Qlickview skills is a must
- Ability to manage and to display data effectively Fluency in English and Finnish, both verbal and written
