We are looking for you,

Hourly employee, Back Office Specialist

to our Commodity Derivatives Operations team.

This position is temporary from September 2024 until the end of April 2025. Your working hours will be 7,5 - 37,5 hours per week and will be agreed mutually. Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the role and the number of course credits you have from your studies.

Your role in our team

In your role, you will participate in following:

• Perform day-to-day operative tasks within the process area (deal capture, reconciliation, confirmations)
• Manage invoicing and settlements
• Month end reporting
• Regulatory reporting tasks

You will work closely with the Middle Office, Treasury operations, traders and finance to enable high quality and efficient post trade derivatives process. You will receive a thorough orientation for the tasks.

• Bachelor level studies in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
• Attention to details and a structured way of working
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Good problem solving and collaboration skills
• Good communication skills in English and Finnish
• Strong IT skills

You are motivated to learn and enjoy working with a team in which safety, sustainability and professionalism are key elements of work. We also value previous work experience in Back Office function and studies in finance.
