What you will do
You will be working in key role to shape and optimize our digital customer experience and customer fulfilment area data architecture, ensure that our data strategy is both scalable and efficient and lead dedicated initiatives in the area. This role will give you excellent viewpoint to data management at scale in UPM Raflatac and provides learning and growth opportunities to advance your expertise.

What you will do
You will be working in key role to shape and optimize our digital customer experience and customer fulfilment area data architecture, ensure that our data strategy is both scalable and efficient and lead dedicated initiatives in the area. This role will give you excellent viewpoint to data management at scale in UPM Raflatac and provides learning and growth opportunities to advance your expertise.
- Ensure the holistic development of information architecture and data modelling for digital customer experience at UPM Raflatac
- Design and implement robust, scalable and flexible data architecture solutions to support AI and machine learning models
- Deliver key initiatives, build and manage efficient data pipelines to process and analyse large datasets in real-time and batch processes
- Lead the design and deployment of cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Azure)
- Provide technical guidance on AI and data architecture best practices, tools, and methodologies across the organization
- Strengthen data governance practices to align with our digital and data strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of our data management strategy, collaborate on digi and data projects, offering strategic insights on information architecture
- Work with data scientists, solution managers, and business leaders to ensure that the data architecture supports organizational goals and fosters innovation
- You have over 5 years of experience in data modelling principles and methods, including conceptual, logical and physical data models in an enterprise environment
- You possess in-depth knowledge of modern data platforms from a content perspective
- You’re familiar with best practices for data management, governance, and quality standards, with a solid understanding of enterprise architecture and its relationship to information architecture
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach
- You are familiar with Agile methodologies
- You have a passion for continuous learning and experimenting with new things, backed by a successful track record
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English
