We are looking for you,

IT ERP Solution Manager, Sales and pricing (fixed term)

In this role of IT ERP Solution manager you will be part of the team owning the ERP solutions and will be accountable for the delivery of the solutions in your area. While participating in development projects, you will be responsible for defining requirements, reviewing and approving design proposals and ensuring our partners will deliver good quality end-to-end solutions in your area of responsibility. You will act as an escalation point for operations in your solution area, and support our internal stakeholders and partners with your profound understanding of the end-to-end processes.

This position is primarily located in the Neste office in Finland (Espoo). This position is initially a fixed term covering parental leave from November 2024 until November 2025. The opportunity to extend the contract will be reviewed at the end of the initial period.

More About The Job

Your role in our team

• Share your in depth knowledge of the ERP solution in you area of responsibility and related processes, and provide consultancy to the other teams as needed
• Ensure fit for purpose and efficient ERP solutions delivery in your area
• Follow-up operational processes quality and ensure timely resolution of any issues
Manage the cooperation with our supplier network in your area of responsibility

Keys to success in this role

• Wide knowledge of Sales and pricing solutions utilising SAP (SD, TSW)
• Strong process and architectural thinking
• Experience in working with business stakeholders
• Experience in functional specifications and documentation
• Great leadership and influencing skills
• M.Sc/MBA or similar degree in a relevant field
Fluent English
