As we continue to drive sustainable growth, we are expanding our Nordic group function team and are seeking a motivated third- or second- year law student to join us as a part-time Junior Contract Management Specialist.
This is a unique opportunity to step into an important role, working closely with our business leaders and external legal counsels in both Finland and Sweden, and gain hands-on experience in contract management and review.

What is this all about?
In this position at Epical, you will play a valuable role in our group function team, supporting our business operations through the management, review, and organization of contracts. You will report to our CFO/ COO Nathalie Kuosa. This position is designed for a third- or second- year law student who is eager to gain practical experience in the legal aspects of contract management within a dynamic IT consultancy environment.
In this role, you will be ensuring that contracts are drafted, reviewed, and executed in line with legal standards and company policies. You will be expected to provide legal guidance, conduct thorough legal research, and collaborate closely with external legal counsels to optimize contract-related processes and support informed decision-making. This role demands a solid understanding of contract law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
You can be located in any of our 10 offices in Finland or Sweden. (Espoo, Kuopio, Tampere, Lahti, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Örebro, Malmö, Skövde & Västerås)

What will be the key responsibilities?

• Reviewing and editing contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Conduct legal research to support contract management.
• Maintain and organize contract files.
• Assist with special legal projects and tasks as needed.

Who you are?
You are structured and proactive in your work. You enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. With a positive attitude and an excellent eye for detail, you are capable of driving improvements in contract management and helping our organization maintain operational excellence.

• Currently enrolled as a third- or second- year law student.
• Fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of contract law and general legal principles.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software is a plus.
